InboxGeek provides a Service to owners of third party websites (“Third Party Sites”) that identifies email addresses and other contact information of anonymous visitors to the Third Party Sites. These Terms of Use govern general visitors to our Site, as well as Third Party Site owners (“Site Owners”) that purchase or otherwise use our Sites. “You” refers to both general visitors to our Site and to Site Owners.

We use third party data sources to identify and provide contact information about visitors to Third Party Sites who have opted in to allowing their personal information to be shared with third parties. We then share the contact information of visitors to Third Party Sites with our Site Owner customers.

No Information from Children Under Age 13

If you close your account, we will no longer use your online account information or share it with third parties.  We may, however, retain a copy of the information for archival purposes, and to avoid identity theft or fraud.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.  However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.  There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.  It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information.  Please note that emails and other communications you send to us through our Site are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.  Upon account cancellation, we reserve the right to purge all data from a user account 30 days after account closure. We do not share account data with third parties.

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) requires us to provide the following notice to California residents.

Once we verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2019 will receive information regarding 2018 sharing activities).

This Site and Sites are not intended for and are not directed to residents of the European Union or any other jurisdiction outside the United States. By using and accessing our Site, users who reside or are located in countries outside of the United States agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located in and subject to the laws of the United States.
