Third Party Data Sources
We use third party data sources to identify and provide contact information about visitors to Third Party Sites who have opted in to allowing their personal information to be shared with third parties. We then share the contact information of visitors to Third Party Sites with our Site Owner customers.
No Information from Children Under Age 13

We collect information from you in order to provide our Site and Services to you, and to:

Contact Us. You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from InboxGeek by contacting us, or by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature contained in the emails. You can close your online account by logging into your account, going to the Account section, then Subscription and click Cancel my account. If you close your account, we will no longer use your online account information or share it with third parties. We may, however, retain a copy of the information for archival purposes, and to avoid identity theft or fraud.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that emails and other communications you send to us through our Site are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means. Upon account cancellation, we reserve the right to purge all data from a user account 30 days after account closure. We do not share account data with third parties.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) requires us to provide the following notice to California residents.
This notice does not apply to employment-related information of California-based employees, job applicants, contractors, or similar individuals. Where noted in this notice, the CCPA temporarily exempts personal information reflecting a written or verbal business-to-business communication (“B2B information”) from some of its requirements.
Sharing your personal information for commercial or other purposes
We have not shared any of your personal information with business partners and other third parties in a manner that is likely to be considered to be a “sale” under the CCPA.
Your right to know
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, use, disclosure, and sale of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we verify your request, we will disclose to you:
The categories of personal information we collected about you.
The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.

We do not provide access rights to B2B information.
Your right to obtain a copy of your personal information
You have a right to obtain a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request). Once we verify your request, we will provide you a copy of your personal information that is responsive to your request.
We do not provide portability rights to B2B information.
Your right to delete your personal information
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We do not provide deletion rights to B2B information.
Your right to opt-out of the sale of your information
We may share information with third parties in a way that is considered a “sale” under the CCPA. Where that is the case, we will comply with California “Do Not Sell” requirements. Other California privacy rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2019 will receive information regarding 2018 sharing activities).

Our Services are intended to be used only in the United States. This Site and Sites are not intended for and are not directed to residents of the European Union or any other jurisdiction outside the United States. By using and accessing our Site, users who reside or are located in countries outside of the United States agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located in and subject to the laws of the United States. You represent and warrant that any data you provide to us originates from the United States.
