It’s as traditional and straightforward as it gets. And this recipe only requires five ingredients. All you need are:

  • 1¼ cups of almond butter or another seed butter of your preference

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sweetener of choice

  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of melted butter

  • 2¼ cups of almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flour

  • ½ teaspoons of xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of butter
  • ½ cup of sweetener
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of dark cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F
  2. Put the flours, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt in one bowl
  3. Use the mixer to beat the butter and sweetener until combined. Add the egg, vanilla, and then the almond flour
  4. Divide the dough in half and add the cocoa powder to one half

One of the more convenient sides of keto desserts is that a lot of them don’t actually need any baking. It’s all about mixing the right ingredients together.

  • 18 chocolate covered almonds
  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • ¼ cup of almond or coconut flour
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Put the almonds in a separate bowl
  2. In another bowl, add the almond butter and flour and mix
  3. Make 18 little balls and put them on parchment paper
  4. Put them in the freezer
  5. Put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small pot and put on medium heat
  6. Take the balls from the freezer and, using a toothpick, dip them in chocolate and return to the parchment paper
  7. Stick an almond on top of each ball

  • 1 cup of almond flour

  • 1 large egg

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F
  2. In a food processor put the flaked coconut and sliced almonds. Mix until it starts to look like oatmeal
  3. Add the flours, baking powder, and salt and mix some more
  4. With a whisk, beat the butter with the sweetener and then the egg and vanilla extract
  5. Add the coconut and almonds mix and combine, then add the chocolate chips by hand
  6. Create little balls and place on a baking sheet, pressing them down gently afterward
  7. Bake them from 15 to 18 minutes
